Your Spay/Neuter Appointment

Cost is $50 per cat and includes Rabies vaccination (prepaid only). Please fill out the form below to register and pay for your cat(s), and select 'Continue to Payment'. These fees are non-refundable and will be considered a donation to the spay and neuter program if you no-call/no-show on the day of surgery.

Please apply a topical flea medication 2-3 days before surgery. If fleas are present, you will be additionally charged the $20 the vet charges us for the Revolution. Payment due at time of pickup.

Microchipping is available for an additional $10 per cat (Payable on-site).

Requirements:

Must be a Monroe County or Juneau County resident
Cat(s) must be at least 4 months old
Cat(s) must come in a cat carrier the day of surgery, CDAS is unable to loan any crates for these events
Drop off will be dependent on surgery location. A shelter member will contact you the Friday before the registered surgery with instructions.

If you are bringing more than 10 cats please submit multiple requests. Your appointment is not reserved until you've paid.
